Many people are scared of meditation, because they first of all are not really sure how to do it. As a result they don’t even try it, or give it up very quickly. Meditation is vital for you as an energy being. As you look after your physical body in many different ways you must look after your energy body too. Basically what you do, when you meditate is you are plugging into the Universal Power Station and start downloading energy updates. Your Tutor: Eva Maria Hunt
Hi, I am Eva, Energy Therapist and certified Qi Gong for Health teacher. I started my healing career in the UK as a Reiki practitioner, when I established my business in holistic healing in 2010. Energy exercises, guided visualisations, meditations have been part of my daily routine ever since. I started practising an internal martial art, called Bagua in 2013 and when I further expanded my knowledge on energy healing I came across Qi Gong (Chinese Yoga) and I fell in love with it.
As an energy healer and teacher my mission is to enable my clients and students to not only raise their energy vibrations, but also help them to learn an extremely powerful energy tool, a self-healing art, that is available for them any time, anywhere to enable them to improve the quality of their life, by becoming healthier, emotionally more balanced and full of energy. This self-healing tool box consists of many different energy tools. You will be able to learn a wide range of them during these meditation sessions.
