Qi Gong for Health 1 to 1 sessions are customised to your needs to provide you with energy tools that you can learn, take away and use on a regular basis to strengthen your immune system, or overcome temporary emotional blockages or other issues you are struggling with. There is no set number of sessions, it could be one or as many as you wish, it is all up to your needs.
During the 60 minutes sessions with my guidance you will get to know your own energy system, and learn easy static and dynamic exercises on how to balance the energy in your chakras (energy centres) and a lot more to help you relax or get energised depending on your needs.
It helps you to relax and enter a meditative state. Many people find Qigong for Health, with its gentle focused movement, to be more accessible than seated meditation.
