Emotions are really powerful. They are the language of your soul. Therefore when you are emotionally overwhelmed it affects every part of your being: Mind, Body and Soul.

In the qigong 5 element system the 5 main organs are related to different positive and negative emotions.

  • If you get over-excited for example, your heart energy gets damaged.
  • Did you know that you can have liver problems, even if you never drunk a drop of alcohol. How is that possible? Anger is damaging your liver.
  • Grief and sadness are gathering in your lungs, etc.

Emotions have the word “motion” hidden in them. This is their true nature. They supposed to move through you. When it is a happy emotion, it’s easy, happy moments come and go. However when you get hurt, you hold onto negative emotions, you stop them moving, flowing, and they start to stagnate, building up energy blockages, problems in your energy system, which in time start manifesting in your physical body as a physical illness.

During the workshop I teach you specific qigong exercises, which help these stuck emotions start flowing again, so you can let go of them, cleansing your body, mind and soul.

We also address the most powerful emotion: Love, specifically focusing on self-love. The good news is, self-love is not something you need to learn, it is built-in you. However you must activate it, and keep using it on a daily bases, for a more fulfilling, happy and healthy life.

Please wear loose, comfortable trousers and top and bring something warm to wear during the relaxation, so you want get cold.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

The exercises are done in a standing position. Cushions and yoga mats are provided, however if you wish to bring your own, you are welcome.

To make sure you are hydrated during the session, please bring a bottle of water or other refreshments.
