General workshops run seasonally, 4 times a year. There are some workshops in a certain subject
10:45 – 12:15 (90 minutes) on Saturdays once a season

Please wear loose, comfortable trousers and top and bring something warm to wear during the relaxation, so you want get cold.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
The exercises are done in a standing position. Cushions and yoga mats are provided, however if you wish to bring your own, you are welcome.
To make sure you are hydrated during the session, please bring a bottle of water or other refreshments.

What is qigong?
