Being aligned with nature’s energies helps you to manage your own energies better. As a result you
- sleep better
- have more energy
- become calmer and more balanced emotionally and
- gain mental clarity.
Autumn is all about looking inward and letting go. We will do this in two ways:
- with qigong exercises
- deep meditation.
This season is also about your lungs. Therefore we are going to use various qigong exercises that focus on breathing, to release stuck emotions that make you feel sad, depressed and clear your cluttered mind.
On the top of that I am going to teach you two of the animal frolics qigong exercises this season:
- The Crane – Feel light as a feather
- The Bear – Feel stable and grounded
The combination of these two, creates a full qigong workout, which is fun and very effective. Start your day with these exercises to balance your energies. It only takes 5-10 minutes of your morning.

Qigong exercises get you into a meditative state by default, however there are some specific meditations that help you to identify what to let go of.
