Trees are gorgeous living beings. They can help you in many ways. When you walk in the woods or in the forest you connect with not only the energies of the Earth and the Sky, but  also with the trees.

People can connect with the trees easily on different levels. Therefore I created a series of tree paintings. Through the shapes of the trees and their colour energy you can feel connected, grounded, strong, and they can also assist you to let go of heavy emotions.

When you go out to nature what do you do? You fill your lungs up with fresh air. You automatically start taking deep breaths, breathing in the peace and tranquillity. When you breathe out you are releasing built up tension, and you are letting go.

So here is the first one of my Soul Trees:

Tree of Confidence and Balance

This soul tree radiates calmness. The colours of the rainbow in the background bring a light, happy atmosphere to the picture. The tree itself has Golden Green and iridescent Blue colours, and it stands tall and strong, bridging Heaven & Earth, so it is grounded and connected, reaching up to the sky, as it is bathing in the sunshine. It’s a Happy Tree.

When you connect with it, first breathe deeply and slowly for a few minutes. Look at the painting and let your eyes being drawn to different parts of the tree. Think that you are this tree. You are part of nature, calm and relaxed. Feel the roots, your roots going deeply into the ground anchoring you to the Earth and then feel as calming, healing energies flow down through the branches of the tree from Heavens or the Universe if you like. Now there is no storm, which can take you out of your balance, so you feel confident.
